I started Team Totally Wired in 2006 after coming off the Yeti/RPM development team. It was a passion project — a chance to put the marketing degree I was working on toward something real: factory-level support for four professional racers at the Mountain States Cup.

The program came together around some of the best brands in the industry. Our title sponsor, Rocky Mountain Roastery, also sponsored the Mountain States Cup itself — which got us prominent pit space, let us serve free coffee to racers and spectators every day at the races, and gave our other sponsors real product on display all season long.
